Do we have to move out, when you refinish our wood floors?

At Pasquale Floors, we understand that living in your home during a floor restoration project can seem challenging, but rest assured, we make the process as seamless as possible. In fact, 95% of our clients remain in their homes while we restore their floors.

How We Make It Work

• Phased Approach for Larger Homes: If your home is large, we can complete the project in phases, allowing you to maintain access to certain areas while we work on others.

• Dustless Sanding System: Our advanced dustless sanding system keeps your home environment much cleaner than you might expect, minimizing disruption and ensuring a healthier space for you and your family.

• Free Reign During Sanding: While we are sanding, you will have full access to your home. There’s no need to vacate during this stage of the process.

When You’ll Need to Stay Off the Floors

The only time we’ll need you to stay off the floors is during the final stages when we are applying stain and/or finish. Even then, it’s limited to just three 1-3 hour windows while the finish is drying. We’ll coordinate these times with you to minimize inconvenience.

Client-Focused Flexibility

We understand that every household is unique, so we’re happy to work around your schedule. Whether you have pets, kids, or other tradespeople working in your home, we’ll adapt to your needs to ensure a smooth experience.

Low VOC, Low Odor Finish
